  • Koordinierung der vielschichtigen Arbeitsabläufe des Baufachmarktes
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und Warenpräsentration
  • Überprüfung und Durchsetzung der Warensicherung und der Regalauszeichnung
  • Assistenzaufgaben und Entlastung der Fachmarktleitung
  • Schließdienste
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Steuerung des Kassenpersonals sowie Kassenabrechnung

### Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- oder Einzelhandel oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Ihr Denken und Handeln ist strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich ausgeprägt
  • Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Serviceorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationsvermögen gehören zu Ihren Stärken
