# Assistenz Vertrieb (m/w/d)

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Anfragen, Kalkulationen, Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung sowie Neuprojekte und Änderungsmanagement
  • Kommunikation Richtung Bestands- und Neukunden sowie intern zu Vertriebs-, Einkaufs- und Projektteams
  • Auftragsabwicklung Vorserie, insb. Erfassung, Pflege und Überwachung von Muster-Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Auswertung und Monitoring laufender Anfragen und Projekte
  • Terminorganisation und Protokollierung von Kunden- und internen Terminen
  • Direkte Zuarbeit für die Geschäftsführung, z.B. Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Auswertungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Messen, Marketing- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten
  • Markt- und Kundenrecherche als Basis für unsere Vertriebs- und Wachstumsstrategie

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld oder in der produzierenden Industrie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und abschlussorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Souveränität im Austausch mit Kunden, Fachabteilungen und Geschäftsführung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
