Wir suchen für die Geschäftsstelle Gießen zum 1. November 2026 oder zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Assistenzkoordinator:in mit Hochschulabschluss, bevorzugt im Bereich Sozialarbeit/-pädagogik

Stellenumfang: 30 Wochenstunden (mit Option zur Ausweitung)

Die Einstellung erfolgt nach Haustarif (entspricht SuE 12 TVöD)

Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeit sind die Organisation von ambulanter Assistenz für Menschen mit Behinderung, inklusive der Beratung von Kund:innen und der Auswahl, Anleitung und fachlichen Begleitung von Assistent:innen sowie damit verbundene Verwaltungstätigkeiten.

Erforderlich sind eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an der Entwicklung inklusiver Angebote in der Behindertenhilfe. Sie sollten sich mit den Werten unseres Vereins auseinandersetzen und identifizieren können.
