WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An associate d rives the execution of Plug and Play’s innovation path with ownership over client-facing projects, startup scouting, and investments. The Associate ensures excellence in delivery, builds trusted relationships with clients and startups, and contributes to measurable business impact.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Program Execution & Startup Support

Manage Core Acceleration Programs: End-to-end execution of the 6-week pre-acceleration program (~22 startups/year) and the 12-week incubation program (5 startups/year).

Cohort Facilitation: Coordinate workshops, office hours, Coaching Days, mentor scheduling, and continuous progress tracking for participating founders.

Founder Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for current founders and alumni, delivering pitch preparation and maintaining CRM accuracy.

Startup Scouting & Deal Pipeline

Targeted Sourcing: Lead deal-sourcing initiatives through open application calls and active outreach to universities, incubators, and tech parks.

Evaluation & Shortlisting: Drive pre-screening processes and curate shortlists of high-potential startups aligned with program standards.

Corporate Matchmaking: Prepare detailed startup introduction briefs and facilitate warm introductions for corporate partners.

Event Management & Community Engagement

Event Logistics & Delivery: Plan, organize, and host Pitch Days, corporate matchmaking sessions, and ecosystem networking events.

Ecosystem Building: Foster engagement across founders, mentors, corporate partners, and alumni to strengthen the overall program ecosystem.

TYPICAL BACKGROUND:

Education: Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related field) is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree combined with significant relevant professional experience.

2-3 years of experience in VC, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management.

Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes and manage multiple stakeholders.

Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. A third language is a significant advantage.
