Associate Cycle Counter - 1st Shift - $20.75/hr.

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, OT as needed by the business

What You’ll Do

• •Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
• •Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve variances between physical and system inventory.
• •Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and use system tools to research and track inventory issues.
• •Compile and review purchase orders, inventory records, and related documentation to support inventory management.
• •Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and traceability of inventory throughout the facility.
• •Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) part exchanges and ensure damaged or defective materials are handled according to procedures.
• •Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on shortages, discrepancies, and investigations during Tier 1 meetings.
• •Collaborate with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
