Associate Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creatively driven Associate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a flair for design, and a good understanding of social media trends and digital-first storytelling. The role involves translating creative ideas into visually engaging content across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop visually compelling and engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
• •Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life.
• •Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, digital ads, and other marketing assets.
• •Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to brainstorms, campaigns, and everyday social content.
• •Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, digital culture, and innovative creative approaches.
• •Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh visual styles and design treatments.
• •Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform-specific executions.
• •Support the development of key visuals, campaign look and feel, mood boards, and visual storytelling.
• •Collaborate with motion designers and content teams to create engaging digital experiences.
• •Ensure high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• •1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency.
• •Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• •Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• •Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends.
• •Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts.
• •Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage.
• •Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.
• •A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and digital-first thinking.
