About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled Associate Product Manager (AI) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience and a strong technical foundation, with demonstrated exposure to AI. Interns and recent graduates passionate about product management in AI are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with engineers and analytics teams to design, plan, and ship impactful features in AI products.

Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and optimize the overall product experience.

Drive execution on product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and feature quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements, set priorities, and align on roadmaps.

Stay current on AI trends and competitive products to help shape product vision and strategy.

Combine strong technical skills, business and operations sense, product taste (design), and strong intuition to deliver exceptional product outcomes.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a technical, product, or analytics-focused role (internships included).

Strong technical background (CS, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred).

Demonstrated exposure to AI (coursework, personal projects, internships, or previous roles).

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, design, and operations teams.

Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Keen product intuition, sense of user experience, and appreciation for good design.

Business and operations acumen with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience at a high-growth startup or agile product team.

Practical involvement in building or optimizing AI orchestration.

Familiarity with product management and analytics tools.
