Este rol está enfocado a apoyar al cliente en la administración del portafolio de vehículos nuevos de Element en el proceso de compras.

  • Búsqueda del vehículo – revisar los requerimientos del cliente y buscar el vehículo en la red de proveedores de Element o fuera de ella
  • Elaboración de documentación oficial para el proceso de compra de vehículos nuevos
  • Coordinación y seguimiento a la logística de entregas(emplacado, verificación, accesorios) y solicitud de pólizas de seguro en Element (si aplica)
  • Seguimiento detallado en el proceso hasta la entrega al usuario final
  • Validación fiscal de facturas de proveedores y creación de carpeta digital para cada unidad comprada
  • Resolución de solicitudes/ dudas al cliente referentes a la compra de vehículos
  • Interacción con clientes (internos y externos)
  • Construir y sostener comunicación efectiva con todas las áreas de la compañía para lograr los objetivos y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
  • Constante comunicación con el área de ventas y Sourcing para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente
  • Creación de reportes y análisis del portafolio de unidades compradas

Educación y Experiencia

  • Administración de empresas/Comercio Internacional / Contaduría
  • 2 años al menos de experiencia en compra de insumos o actividades administrativas relacionadas con el arrendamiento de autos o en servicios financieros

Conocimientos y Competencias

  • Capacidad de tomar decisiones (riesgo controlado y medido)
  • Estricto control en documentación física y digital
  • Inglés 60% (deseable)
  • Dominio en análisis y solución de problemas
  • Conocimiento de la industria automotriz
  • Habilidades en comunicación efectiva
  • Alto sentido de urgencia y atención al cliente
  • Trabajo bajo a presión, habilidades para priorizar actividades
  • Proactividad para ejecutar los procesos
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Tolerancia a la frustración
  • Habilidades de negociación
  • Alineado a cumplir las políticas de Element
  • Adaptabilidd a nuevos procesos y cambios
