Wir suchen eine Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Augenarztpraxis

Die Praxis besteht aus zwei augenärztlichen Kolleg\*innen, 1 MFA, 1 Orthoptistin und 1 Optikerin und zwei Verwaltungs-Mitarbeiterinnen.

Ihre Aufgabengebiet umfasst unter anderem die

  • Assistenz bei der augenärztlichen Untersuchung und Behandlung von Patienten
  • Durchführung von augenärztliche Voruntersuchungen
  • Verwaltung von Patientendaten und Terminen
  • Telefonische und persönliche Betreuung von Patienten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, Organisation von speziellen Spechstunden

Wir freuen uns auch über Bewerber*innen aus anderen Fachrichtungen (Altenpfleger*in, Krankenschwester/-pfleger) oder Arbeitnehmer\*innen mit einer Fortbildung zur Nicht-ärztlichen Praxisassistenz (NäPa).

Sie sollten über einen Abschluss im Medizinischen Bereich oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung verfügen. Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, sowie Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten. Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind für uns ebenfalls wichtige Eigenschaften.
