Wir suchen für unseren innovativen, praxis- und arbeitsmarktnahen Bildungsträger mit Sitz in Nürnberg zur Verstärkung des Teams einen Ausbilder (m/w) für den Bereich Metall.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Vermittlung fachspezifischer Kenntnisse der mechanischen Fertigung für die Industriemechaniker Ausbildung
  • Schulen der theoretischen und fachpraktischen Kenntnisse
  • Vorbereitung der Teilnehmer auf die Abschlussprüfungen (IHK- und Zertifikatsprüfungen)
  • Mitwirkung an der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Ausbildungsinhalten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du passt zu uns, wenn Du dein Wissen gerne an zukünftige Fachkräfte weitergeben und mit anderen Dozentinnen und Dozenten im Team zusammenarbeiten wollen
  • Fundiertes Wissen in der Vermittlung von elektrotechnischem und mechanischem Wissen, sowie Begeisterung für Lehrtätigkeiten
  • Hohe interkulturelle und Sozialkompetenz sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab
