Meine Aufgaben:

  • Errichtung und Instandhaltung moderner MSR-Anlagen für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Eigenständige Planung und Projektierung von MSR-Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung (Kessel, Fernwärme, Wärmepumpen), Klima, Lüftung, Einzelraumregelung, Brandschutzklappen u. v. m.
  • Erstellung von Regelschemata und Datenpunktlisten – Sie strukturieren, visualisieren und dokumentieren Ihre Projekte effizient
  • Anfertigen von Kabellisten und Stromlaufplänen – Sie sorgen für Überblick und Sicherheit in der Umsetzung
  • Zonierung von Gebäuden für Einzelraumregelungen sowie Abstimmung mit dem Schaltschrankbau
  • Programmierung von MSR-Systemen auf Automationsebene (Controller) und auf der Managementebene (Gebäudeleittechniksoftware)
  • Visualisierung von Anlagenbildern sowie Implementierung von Alarmmanagement und Trenddarstellung
  • Inbetriebnahme der Systeme vor Ort

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich, z. B. Elektriker oder Elektroniker (Automatisierungstechnik, Energie- & Gebäudetechnik)
  • Know-how in Elektrotechnik & Gebäudeautomation
  • Erfahrungen in Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Kälte wünschenswert
  • Service- und Teamorientierung, freundliches Auftreten
  • MS Office Kenntnisse, Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerschein und Produktkenntnisse von Herstellern plus
