IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Entwicklung, Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von SPS-Steuerungen und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Erstellung von Visualisierungs-, HMI- und Prozessleitsystemen
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Automatisierungsprojekten als Gesamtansatz (Funktionalität, Softwareerstellung, Tests, Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Übergabe)
  • Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung sowie Optimierung und Standardisierung bestehender Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme
  • Mitgestaltung einer sicheren OT-Infrastruktur einschließlich der dazugehörigen Netzwerken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
  • Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-/OT-Schnittstellen mit besonderem Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Integrität und Cybersecurity
  • Unterstützung der nationalen und internationalen Tochterfirmen bei Störungen und Automatisierungsprojekten

IHR PROFIL

  • Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik, abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (z.B. Simatic S7 / TIA, WinCC, Logo!, VISAM)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Aufbau und in der Absicherung industrieller Netzwerke, insbesondere Netzwerksegmentierung, VLAN, Firewall, VPN sowie sichere Fernwartung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis in industrieller Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnik, Profinet, Industrial Ethernet, OPC UA und TCP/IP
  • Kenntnisse und erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT-/OT-Security und Interesse daran, diesen Schwerpunkt zusammen mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Security-Standards (z.B. IEC 62443) sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Automation, Produktion und IT
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B1)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
