Das Autohaus Schnitter GmbH, mit Sitz in Am Feldbach 3, 99991 Unstrut-Hainich, sucht einen engagierten und kundenorientierten Serviceberater (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist ab sofort zu besetzen.

Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Abwicklung von Garantie- und Kulanzanträgen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden über Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Erstellung von Reparaturangeboten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam und anderen Abteilungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kfz-Technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Kfz-Branche, idealerweise als Serviceberater
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
