Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n Automobil-Serviceberater/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Kundenberatung in allen Phasen des Serviceprozesses von der Dialogannahme bis hin zur Fahrzeugrückgabe
  • Aktive Vermarktung von Service- und Reparaturleistungen entsprechend dem Kundenwunsch
  • Reparaturempfehlungen, Kundenbetreuung in allen Fragen hinsichtlich Service, Reparaturtechnik und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Koordination bei der Durchführung von Reparaturen
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Gesprächsführung zur Verkaufsförderung von Zubehör
  • Überwachung aller auftretenden Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Pflegearbeiten
  • Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzfällen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Markenaffinität
  • Kontaktfreude, hohes Einfühlungsvermögen und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse wünschenswert
