As a Parts Advisor , you will play an important role in supporting our technicians, service team, and customers while helping keep our operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who enjoys the automotive industry and wants to grow their knowledge and expertise.

What You'll Do:

• •Supply service technicians with the correct parts needed to complete repairs
• •Assist customers with questions and recommendations regarding automotive parts
• •Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
• •Ensure all internal parts requests are accurately billed to the appropriate repair order
• •Research parts information and availability using electronic parts catalogs
• •Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure the correct parts are billed and inventory remains accurate
• •Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers to resolve parts-related questions
• •Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient parts department
• •Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer

Requirements

• •Minimum one year Parts Experience
• •Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• •Must have a valid driver's license
