• What you do?
• - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units
• - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates
• - Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience
• - Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions

• Who you are?
• - A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• - At least 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, banking and/or FI experience is preferred
• - Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Less experience candidate will be considered as Manager - Talent Acquisition Experience
