Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai (Work from Office)

Dreamtime Learning is looking for a dynamic School Partnership Head / Franchise Head to drive strategic expansion and build high-value partnerships across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new school partners and franchisees.
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies to grow the Dreamtime Learning network.
  • Build strong relationships with school owners, trustees, and education leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and closures.
  • Achieve business growth targets while ensuring long-term partner success.
  • Represent Dreamtime Learning at education forums, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in school partnerships, franchise development, or the education sector.
  • Strong network with school owners, principals, and educational institutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
