Für unsere Backstube in Kehl (Hertzstraße 1) suchen wir eine/n Handwerksbäcker/in (m/w/d)

Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben Berufserfahrungen als Bäcker oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung. Sind sind Bäckergeselle oder haben langjährige Erfahrung als Hilfsarbeiter in der Produktion einer Bäckerei
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stikkenofen und Beherrschen die Koordination zwischen Reifeprozess und Backprozess der Waren.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen und verfügen über soziale Kompetenz.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einbringung von traditioneller Backkunst
  • Aufarbeiten von verschiedenen Teigen nach Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Stikkenofen
  • Einhaltung von Hygienerichtlinien
  • Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards
