  • Wir backen Brot nach traditionellem Backhandwerk mit viel Erfahrung, Präzision, Zeit und der kompromisslosen Liebe zum Produkt. Wir verzichten aus Überzeugung auf Zusatzstoffe, Backmittel, Enzyme oder Emulgatoren.
  • Wenn DU eine ebenso große Leidenschaft für gutes Brot hast und uns dabei unterstützen möchtest unseren Kunden ein Stück Lebensgefühl durch fantastisches Brot zurück zu geben dann bewirb dich bei uns.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Bäcker/-in.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Teige, Poolish und Sauerteige herstellen, Brote aufarbeiten sowie Koch-und Brühstück vorbereiten
  • Mehl und andere Zutaten abwiegen
  • Warenbestellung bei BÄKO durchführen
  • Lagerbestände kontrollieren
  • HACCP Richtlinien kontrollieren und einhalten
  • Arbeitsabläufe effizient einhalten
