### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Handwerkliche Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und Feingebäck
  • Ausführung klassischer Bäckertätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität unserer Backwaren
  • Nach intensiver Einarbeitung Übernahme der stellvertretenden Backstubenleitung
  • Verantwortung für die Ofenführung

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von Brot, Kleingebäck oder Feingebäck von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Teigmacherei oder Ofenführung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude am traditionellen Bäckerhandwerk
