Als Bäcker / Koch (m/w/d) bist Du zuständig für die Herstellung von Teigen und Massen sowie das Formen und Backen der Produkte gemäß festgelegten Richtlinien, die Überwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach betrieblichen Vorgaben.

- Herstellung von Teigen und Massen nach Vorgabe
- Formen und Backen der Produkte
- Überwachung der Maschinen und Anlagen
- Vornahme von Qualitätskontrollen nach betrieblichen Vorgaben
- Bestandsüberwachung und Disponierung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
- Anleitung, Führung und Überwachung des Produktionspersonals
