Job Overview: As a Junior Baker, you will produce high-quality bakery goods with skills in baking, measurement, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce bakery products consistently following recipes
  • Operate and maintain industrial baking equipment
  • Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies
  • Ensure proper product storage and packaging
  • Maintain sanitation standards in bakery area
  • Participate in production meetings and process improvement
  • Plan mise-en-place for timely execution of tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in Bakery or related field
  • Industrial training in bakery operations
  • 1-3 years hands-on bakery experience
  • Experience with industrial equipment
  • Understanding of measurement systems
  • Ability to handle high-temperature conditions
  • Strong attention to detail
