  • Sie bewerten die baulogistische Komplexität von Bauprojekten und führen baulogistische Bedarfsanalysen durch
  • Sie sind zuständig für die selbstständige Bearbeitung von Planungsprojekten in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 nach AHO (die Ausarbeitung von Baulogistikkonzepten, die Bedarfsermittlung bzgl. Lagerflächen, Verkehrswegen, Baustelleneinrichtung, Bauwasser u. Baustrom, die Erstellung von Logistikterminplänen sowie die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für die Baulogistik.)
  • In Ihrer Position überwachen Sie baulogistische Planungs- und Ausführungsleistungen
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Projektbeteiligte für Planungsthemen der Baulogistik
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Führung von externen Projektbesprechungen
  • Zu Ihrer Führungsverantwortung im regionalen Planerteam gehören bis zu zwei Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Als Teamleiter Planung (m/w/d) kommunizieren Sie mit der Planungsleitung sowie mit der Regionalleitung und erstatten Bericht an diese
  • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieur- oder Architekturstudium, Studium in der Verkehrs- oder Infrastrukturplanung, alternativ Bautechniker mit solider einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und/oder in einem Planungsbüro (Hochbau, Ingenieurbau, Verkehrswegebau, Bahnbau oder Stadtplanung)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Baubetrieb / Bauablaufsteuerung, Baustelleneinrichtung und/oder idealerweise umfänglich in der Baulogistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, AutoCAD, iTWO und MS Project
  • Sicherer Umgang in der Anwendung der AHO, HOAI und VOB sowie von anerkannten Regeln der Technik
