  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Erstellung von Berichten
  • Anforderungen
  • abgeschlossene HTL, FH oder Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Hochbau
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB und relevanter Bauvorschriften
  • ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und branchenspezifischer Software
  • Führerschein Klasse B
