  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns:
  • Eigenständige Bauleitung und verantwortungsbewusste Abwicklung von Baustellen im Hochbau
  • Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Aufgaben bzw. Problemstellungen
  • Kostenoptimale und termingerechte Beschaffung der benötigten Geräte, Maschinen und Materialien lt. Konzernrichtlinien
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Einsätze von Fachingenieuren, Fachberatern, Personal und Nachunternehmen
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufes und Durchführung von Baustellenergebniskontrollen
  • Abrechnung mittels EDV-Software
  • Prüfen der Rechnungen von Lieferanten/Subunternehmern
  • Selbstständige Durchführung/Beratung/Verhandlung mit dem Auftraggeber in Fragen der Bauausführung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttobezug ab 71.386,- EUR vorgesehen, darüber hinaus bieten wir eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
