Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Generalplanungsteams für regionale und überregionale Projekte im Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Logistikbau
  • Selbstständige Planung und Entwicklung von Verkehrsflächen, Außenanlagen sowie Entwässerungssystemen in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 (2D und 3D)
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des interdisziplinären BIM-Planungsprozesses
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung digitaler Geländemodelle mit Civil 3D zur Durchführung von Cut & Fill Berechnungen
  • Unterstützung des Ausschreibungs- und Bauüberwachungsteams durch Mengen- und Kostenermittlungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner/in mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau oder als Bautechniker/in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD und AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Grundkenntnisse im Building Information Modeling (BIM) sind von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, systematische Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse an agilen Arbeitsmethoden und technischen Innovationen
