Bereichsleiter Sicherheit (m/w/d)
Leitung und strategische Führung des Sicherheitsbereichs innerhalb des Unternehmens
Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten und -maßnahmen
Koordination und Führung des Sicherheits-Teams sowie externe Dienstleister
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Sicherheitsrichtlinien
Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder zu allen Sicherheitsfragen
Analyse von Sicherheitsrisiken und Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung und regelmäßige Erstellung von Berichten
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Sachkundiger nach §34a GewO oder gleichwertig
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Sicherheits- und Rechtsvorschriften
Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
