Als Restaurantleiter/in sind Sie eine wichtige Bezugsperson für Ihr Team und arbeiten eng mit uns als Gastgeberfamilie zusammen.   • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die leitende Position als Restaurantmanager/in bietet selbstandiges Entfalten mit großem Verantwortungsbereich

Übernahme des operativen F&B-Bereich und Koordination von zwei Restaurants

Personalplanung, Einkauf Barspirituosen, Wein und Getränke

Mitgestaltung Weinkarte mit Head Sommelier

Gutes Teamwork und Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen

Bezahlung weit uber Kollektivvertrag

Extra Boni oder Zeitausgleich, sollten Uberstunden anfallen

  • Position als Restaurantleiter/in oder stellvertrendender Restaurantleiter/in mit 5-Tagewoche und 2 fixen freie Tage pro Woche (auf Wunsch 6-Tagewoche)

Kost inkludiert

Logi in Absprache möglich

Gehalt je Ausbildung und Position ab 3400,- brutto
