  • Recruiting und Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter in Absprache mit der Filialleitung und der Gebietsverkaufsleitung

Personaleinsatzplanung bzw. Dienstplangestaltung Ihrer Abteilung

Verantwortlich für Aus- und Weiterbildung aller Restaurantmitarbeiter

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentralverwaltung und der Geschäftsführung

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie
