  • Aktiver Verkauf und fachkundige Beratung der Kund_innen
  • Attraktive Warenpräsentation und Aktionsumsetzung
  • Bestellwesen (Bestellung, Wareneingang, Warenwirtschaft) und Warenmanagement (Lagermanagement, Inventuren, etc.)
  • Kassiertätigkeit inkl. Tresorverantwortung
  • Qualitätssicherung im gesamten Markt
  • Mitverantwortung für Einhaltung der Sauberkeits- und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Funktionsfähigkeit des Marktes
  • Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung des_der Marktmanager_in in allen Belangen
