  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Warenwirtschaft Steuerung von Kennzahlen
  • sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen Anforderungen Mehrjährige
  • Führungserfahrung in der Systemgastronomie Erfahrung als
  • Betriebsleiter, Restaurantleiter oder General Manager Fundierte
  • betriebswirtschaftliche und KPI-orientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigenverantwortung Ausgeprägte
  • Führungs-, Coaching- und Kommunikationsstärke Hands-on-Mentalität,
