Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Bezirksleiter (m/w/d) im Außendienst betreuen Sie unsere Handelspartner und entwickeln den Vertrieb unserer Brot- und Backwaren in Südbaden und im Schwarzwald weiter.
  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Entwicklung Ihres Kundenstamms im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (LEH).
  • Ausbau von Distribution, Produktlistungen und Regalplatzierungen unserer Brot- und Backwaren.
  • Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen, Promotions und Aktionen am Point of Sale.
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenpräsenz und Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte im Handel.
  • Planung und Dokumentation Ihrer Kundenbesuche mithilfe eines CRM-Tools.
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Absatzpotenziale.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder Großhandel.
  • Berufserfahrung im Handel oder im Außendienst, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder im FMCG-Vertrieb.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Vertriebsorientierung.
  • Wohnsitz idealerweise im Vertriebsgebiet Südbaden/Schwarzwald oder Bereitschaft zum Umzug in die Region.
