Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung der laufenden Bilanzbuchhaltung einschließlich Kontenabstimmungen und Abschlussbuchungen
  • Erstellung und Abgabe der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie weiterer steuerlicher Meldungen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
  • Fachliche Begleitung des Emissionsmanagements sowie Koordination emissionsbezogener Meldungen
  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse im SAP-System sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Prozesslandschaft
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Berichtswesens sowie Auswertungen für Management und Fachbereiche
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben im Rechnungswesen
