If you have experience with commercial printing or finishing equipment, we’d like to hear from you. Three years of experience is preferred, but applicants with less experience and relevant equipment skills are encouraged to apply. We provide training on our specific equipment, so you do not need experience with every machine listed.

· Medical, dental, and vision insurance

· Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage

· 11 paid holidays

· Vacation and sick leave

· 401(k) with employer match

· Identity theft protection

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE:

· Meaningful work that supports churches and ministries worldwide

· Collaborative, team-oriented culture

· Climate-controlled production environment

· Opportunity to work with advanced finishing equipment

· Quarterly food and fun events

· Holiday celebrations, giveaways, and company events

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Set up and operate finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, binders, and laminators.

· Follow job tickets to complete orders accurately and on schedule.

· Check finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.

· Perform routine equipment care and basic troubleshooting, and report problems requiring repair support.

· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

· Monitor finishing supplies and let the team know when replenishment is needed.

· Work with other production team members to keep jobs moving smoothly.

· Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Experience operating commercial printing, bindery, or finishing equipment

· Ability to follow job tickets and written production instructions

· Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

· Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation

· A dependable approach to attendance, teamwork, and workplace safety

· Support for Outreach’s mission, vision, and core values

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

· Three or more years of print finishing or bindery experience

· Experience producing perfect-bound books

· Experience with Horizon BQ470 or Challenger CMT130 equipment is helpful, but not required.

We’d love to learn about your experience with printing equipment and what you could bring to our team.
