  • Project Delivery: Prioritize work and deliver projects to plan, including meeting sustainability objectives and escalating risks early to keep commitments on track.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze process and project information to define requirements, build credible action plans with stakeholders, and drive timely execution.
  • Safety and GMP Compliance: Ensure personal compliance with Health, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards; promote a safe, right-first-time culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify waste, apply lean tools, and implement improvements that enhance yield, reduce deviations, and simplify workflows.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Draft analyses, recommendations, and reports to support business cases, investigations, and performance improvements at broader business levels.
  • Change Management: Support ongoing change initiatives, ensuring changes are controlled, communicated, and embedded effectively.
  • Digital Adoption: Embrace new digital tools and technologies, model best practices, and collaborate with peers to accelerate digital adoption in the area.
  • Coaching and Development: Take ownership of personal development and contribute to the growth of less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional members of the manufacturing organization to align priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
