CIPC is recruiting volunteers to join its Board of Directors to help build a California where everyone can access healthcare, afford life’s essentials, live safely, and participate fully in our democracy. We’re seeking leaders energized by advancing immigrant justice and bringing their ideas, relationships, and leadership to a better future for all Californians.
About CIPC
For 30 years, the California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC) has been a leader in the immigrant rights movement, advancing bold policies that invest in the safety and wellbeing of all Californians. Now, we are looking for visionary leaders to join our Board of Directors to build on this legacy. This is an opportunity to help grow CIPC, and shape the future for a more just and prosperous California.

Help identify strategic partnerships within your network including future board members who strengthen CIPC’s expertise, reach, and leadership.
Review and approve key organizational policies, budgets, and strategic priorities.
Partner with the Executive Director to ensure strong governance and organizational effectiveness.
Contribute their expertise, lived experience, and leadership to strengthen CIPC's impact.
