  • Mengontrol dan memastikan seluruh aktivitas cash management di cabang berjalan sesuai SOP dan SLA.
  • Melakukan monitoring keluar masuk uang (cash in/out) serta memastikan kesesuaian dengan sistem.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas akurasi saldo kas (vault, ATM, CIT) dan proses rekonsiliasi harian.
  • Mengawasi proses cash handling (receiving, sorting, loading, dan dispatch).
  • Memastikan keamanan penyimpanan uang di vault sesuai standar operasional dan regulasi.
  • Melakukan approval transaksi sesuai limit dan kewenangan yang ditetapkan.
  • Mengelola dan memonitor kinerja tim operasional cash (CPC/CIT/crew terkait).
  • Menangani selisih kas (over/short) dan melakukan investigasi serta pelaporan.
  • Menyusun laporan operasional dan keuangan cabang secara berkala.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak bank, vendor, dan internal terkait operasional cash management.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap audit internal maupun eksternal.
  • Mengidentifikasi risiko operasional dan memastikan penerapan kontrol yang efektif.
