  • Koordinasi dengan tim operasional, transport, CPC, dan command center
  • Memastikan SLA layanan dan operasional cabang tercapai
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait cash management cabang
  • Melakukan monitoring performa operasional dan efektivitas proses cabang
  • Memberikan arahan dan pengawasan kepada tim operasional cabang
  • Mendukung audit internal maupun eksternal terkait operasional cash management
