Unser Kunde, ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen aus Essen , sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Buchhalter (w/m/d).

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Je nach Berufserfahrung können Sie mit einem Jahresbruttogehalt von bis zu 48.000€ rechnen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Verbuchung und Überwachung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen für Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Unterstützung im Mahnwesen und bei der Verwaltung offener Posten
  • Durchführung von Überweisungen, Umbuchungen und Abstimmung der Konten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen in der Fremdbuchhaltung
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Buchhaltungsprozesse

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise
