Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Vorbereitende Arbeiten der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungseingang/Rechnungs-kontrolle/Fakturierung
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen.
  • administrative Bearbeitung allgemeiner Geschäftsvorgänge
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden

Anforderungsprofil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Sorgfältiger und verlässlicher Umgang mit Zahlen
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Umfang und Lage der Arbeitszeit kann individuell abgestimmt werden

Erfahrungen in einem Fensterfachbetrieb sind von Vorteil.
