Innovation voranbringen - Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Belegerfassung und Kontierung
  • Belegorganisation und laufende Verbuchung aller Geschäftsfälle
  • Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Fakturierung inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Intrastat Meldung
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Berichtswesen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HASCH, etc.)

Deshalb passen Sie zu uns:

  • Fachausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung (BMD Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Eigenverantwortliche, effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
