Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle mit 25 Stunden.

Unsere Tätigkeitsbereiche umfassen:

  • Partnerschaft mit FASP
  • Vorbuchhaltung, Steuererklärungen, Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt sowie Neukundenakquise
  • Vermögensberatung über die DVAG
  • Ganzheitliche Beratung rund um Finanzen, Absicherung und Vermögensaufbau
  • Unternehmensberatung
  • Strategische, organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung von Unternehmen
  • Insolvenzbegleitung
  • Persönliche Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden und Begleitung bis zum Insolvenzberater

Besonders spannend für Bewerberinnen und Bewerber mit Fremdsprachenkenntnissen: Bei uns wird täglich Deutsch, Italienisch und teilweise auch Portugiesisch gesprochen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Pflege der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatung
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
