- Wir sind eine wachsende Handelsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf den Großhandel und die Distribution von Waren. Mit unserem neuen Lagerstandort und wachsendem Geschäftsvolumen bauen wir unsere internen Strukturen weiter aus.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
- Kontrolle und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
- Vorbereitung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater)
- Kontenabstimmung und Klärung offener Posten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Buchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter)
- Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise im Handel
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Software
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
