  • Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Mietbuchhaltung inklusive
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -verbuchung Verbuchung von Zahlungsein- und
  • -ausgängen sowie Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs Abstimmung von
  • Mieter-, Kreditoren-, Bank- und Sachkonten Mitarbeit im Mahnwesen
  • sowie Klärung offener Posten und Buchungsdifferenzen Unterstützung
  • bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilien-,
  • Verwaltungs- oder Steuerwesen Berufserfahrung in der
  • Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in der Immobilien- oder
  • Wohnungswirtschaft Gute Kenntnisse in der Debitoren- ,Kreditoren- und
  • Anlagenbuchhaltung Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel,
  • sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware Strukturierte,
  • zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
