Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes, international tätiges Handelsunternehmen für pflanzliche Rohstoffe, mit Sitz in Bad Bramstedt. Zu unserem Kundenkreis gehören namhafte Firmen aus der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie. Uns angeschlossen sind ein Bearbeitungswerk in Deutschland, sowie ausländische Anbau- und Bearbeitungsbetriebe.

Für unser Büro in Bad Bramstedt suchen wir schnellstmöglich eine engagierte und zuverlässige Buchhalterin / einen Buchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung mittels CANDIS und DATEV
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der offenen Posten inkl. Intercompany-Konten
  • Pflege und Anlage von Kreditoren- und Debitorenstammdaten
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens und Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Bankenbuchungen und Kassenführung
  • Kreditkarten- und Reisekosten buchen
  • Erstellung und Buchung wiederkehrender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Buchung und Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
  • Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen über Coface

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene buchhalterische Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV, CANDIS und Dynamics 365 Business Central wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
