Building Attendant (On-Site)

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who can work independently. This position ensures the quality, appearance and upkeep of the property in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.
• What You Will Do:

• •Routinely cleans areas of responsibility which may include common areas, hallways, public restrooms, leasing office, fitness center, model suite(s), compactor/trash areas
• •Picks-up, inspects and maintains buildings and property, as assigned, to ensure appearance of the community is consistent with company standards (i.e., removes trash, cleans walks and breezeways and all site common areas including the management/leasing office area and all site amenity areas)
• •Bring apartment homes to make ready status
• •Touch up and/or cleans vacant suites
• •Delivers notices/newsletters
• •Assists with grounds upkeep
• •Snow removal as assigned
• •Routinely follows opening and closing procedures

Requirements

What We Need:

Some cleaning experience is preferred

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:

• •Ability to Live On-Site
• •Interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently
• •A team player
• •Overtime as required

Other Requirements:

• •Regular attendance is mandatory
• •Valid driver's license and transportation
• •Lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• •Inside and outside work in all types of weather
• •Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, pushing and pulling
• •Ability to lift and utilize a ladder
