IHRE AUFGABEN:

Allumfassende Bestandskundenbetreuung
Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs und der Datenauskünfte
Telefonischer Kundenservice
Aufgaben der Telefonzentrale
Mithilfe im Customer Care / Konzeptentwicklungsbereich
Datenpflege, Erfassung bzw. Digitalisierung
Koordination des Kunden-Anfragen-Managements

IHR PROFIL:

Ein erfolgreicher kaufmännischer Berufsabschluss
Erfahrungen im Customer Care erwünscht
Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit hoher Kundenorientierung
Sehr gutes Deutsch mündlich wie schriftlich
Professionalität im Umgang mit dem PC, dem MS-Office-Paket und div. E-Commerce-Plattformen
Eine ausgeprägte smarte Arbeitsmentalität mit lösungsorientierter und selbständiger Handlungsweise
