wir suchen einen neuen Mitarbeiter für unsere Buchhaltung und allgemeine Verwaltung. Die Stelle ist sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit ab 20 Wochenstunden besetzbar.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Buchhaltung: Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten in der Buchhaltung, wie z.B. Rechnungserfassung, Zahlungsverkehr und Kontenführung.
  • Telefonische Kommunikation: Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen, sowie telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Schriftliche Korrespondenz: Erstellung und Versand von Schreiben, E-Mails und anderen Dokumenten.

Arbeitszeit:

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt Montag bis Donnerstag von 7:30 bis 16:30 Uhr und Freitag von 7:30 bis 14:30 Uhr.
