IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie übernehmen alle administrativen sowie kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten, die in unserer Büroumgebung anfallen
  • Sie übernehmen Vertragsverhandlungen mit anderen Unternehmen
  • Sie leiten Mieteraktionen ein
  • Sie sind für die Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen zuständig
  • Sie assistieren unserem Social-Media-Team
  • Sie übernehmen Rechnungsprüfungen, die Führung von Protokollen und Berichtserstellungen
  • Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

IHR PROFIL:

  • Sie besitzen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation
  • Sie bringen Erfahrungen aus dem Vertrieb mit
  • Sie kennen sich mit MS-Office aus
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und haben selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden und sind ein Teamplayer

  • Branche des Arbeitgebers: Ingenieurbüros für technische Fachplanung und Ingenieurdesign
  • Beginn der Tätigkeit: ab sofort (nach Vereinbarung)
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit
  • Befristung: Unbefristete Beschäftigung
  • Einsatzorte: 20099 Hamburg
  • Vergütung: Festgehalt pro Monat von 3.000,00 bis 3.600,00 EUR
