Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Dokumentation sowie Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, sich laufend neues Fachwissen anzueignen
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kund_innen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

Unser Angebot
